Caroline is CIPD qualified and has extensive experience in both management and leadership development, which has been gained by working in both the private and public sectors. In addition to design and delivery of professional qualifications Caroline has carried out one to one coaching at all management levels and has the Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching awarded by Chester University.
