Essential People Management Skills

We also deliver a 2-day “Essential People Management Skills” programme that has been designed for managers and supervisors with people management responsibilities, either who are newly promoted or have not had formal training in dealing with people issues.

This workshop will give insight and confidence to resolve issues you are likely to face when managing people. We will introduce you to many tools and techniques that that will enable you to unlock your team’s potential through pro-active management.

  • Influencing and persuading others
  • Resolving workplace conflict effectively
  • Giving constructive, empowering and motivating feedback
